“Emergency visit for a 6 yr old boy”

Our insurance had changed and we sadly had to leave Thorndale Dental. When my 6 yr old had a dental emergency we returned to Dr. Diforno and he saw us right away...the staff was professional, gracious and understanding. They went out of their way to take care of us. Gladly, our insurance is changing, yet again, and the whole family will be returning to Thorndale Dental!

Yesterday, I received 8 dental implants. While the procedure is somewhat uncomfortable, the staff and doctor were exceptional professional and made me as comfortable as possible. Following the 4 hour procedure, I had minimal discomfort. On the evening following the procedure, the doctor called me at home to follow-up on how I was doing. Most impressive!!!! Today, I have absolutely no discomfort and would not know that the procedure was just performed yesterday. Again, an exceptional experience thanks to Dr DeForno and the excellent team at Thorndal Dental Associates.

I had a wonderful experience at Thorndale Dental. Everyone was very pleasant and the technology is second to none. They made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout my visit. Dani and Dr. DeForno took great care of me. The dentist doesn't seem so scary anymore!

After crown work in the afternoon, which is never the best of experiences, even with Dr. Rich D., I received a call at 8:20 that eve ning from him, checking on my well-being. My husband and I love how they care. Remember, you get what you pay for. He does outstanding cosmetic work, also.

I found the staff to be extremely friendly, competent and efficient. The visit with the doctor was very good as he explained potential options and set-up the necessary tests (which were performed in the office!!!) to help chart a clear program for restoration of my teeth. I look forward to working with everyone in the office as we move forward.

I was happy with the results on the upper teeth. But dissappointed with the results on the bottom/lower teeth. It was noticable that something was in the way and prevented whitening of the lower teeth along the gum line?! How can this be corrected? Please contact me to discuss options.
